5G SIM Monthly Plan Details
*5G network experience may be affected due to various factors including but not limited to network setting/specification or coverage, the features or functionality of individual mobile device, transmission technology, network traffic and usage, speed of websites servers, service stability of other content providers, weather and other circumstantial factors (e.g. blockades such as buildings, mountains, tunnels) which may lead to radio interference. Subject to 5G Service Terms and Conditions of 3HK.
  1. Customer is required to subscribe designated 5G SIM subscription monthly plan with 24 months or above contract period and pay for the Administration Fee of $28 per month. Customer is required to purchase the designated iPad model (Physical SIM isn’t supported on all cellular models) while subscribing SIM subscription. Each subscription can enjoy the offer once. The iPad models / colour are available while stocks last.
  2. Customer is required to subscribe designated monthly plan subscription and purchase designated product at the same time, and pay for designated amount per month (subject to models purchased) for 24 months. Credit card autopay is required for settling payment. The credit cardholder name must be the same as customer account registration name. In case of early service or Add-On offer disconnection, customer is required to pay the sum of remaining premium payment amount.
  3. Delivery service is not applicable to designated districts such as Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Lantau Island and other designated districts of outlying areas.
  4. This monthly offer is for customers to use designated bank credit cards for 24 months interest-free installment price and will be rounded up to the nearest integer.

  2. You will be contacted via SMS, WhatsApp, email or by phone if there is further arrangement of your interested smartphone.
  3. Hutchison Telephone Company Limited ("Our Company") will check against the account payment record, credit and contract term status of the registrant (including both the existing and former customers of Our Company) to determine the purchase arrangements with the registrant, which include the followings:
    • Our Company will request registrant to settle all overdue balance in his/her account(s) before proceeding with the subscription.
    • Our Company may decline the subscription request of the registrant based on his/her credit history and other account record with Our Company.
  4. Delivery service is not applicable to designated districts such as Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Lantau Island and other designated districts of outlying areas. HTCL reserves the right to charge delivery service fee for unsuccessful delivery due to incomplete provision of documents, inaccurate information provided, and change of delivery address etc.
  5. Date of delivery is subject to Our Company's telephone confirmation. Our Company will not be liable for any loss arising from late delivery or non-delivery of products.
  6. Registrant's personal information will be used for purpose of this registration only. All personal data provided for this registration will be discarded within 1 month after 6 months of the program
